Overview:The Global Intellectual Property team is responsible for the protection and client use of intangible assets. The individual hired would be pulling, copying, and saving files to the electronic storage system. They will also be providing administrative support to the department.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database system.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to work independently and manage ones time
- Proven ability to keep information organized and confidential in a production environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
- Customer service focused. Adheres to Quest Diagnostics' Core Values, safety, compliance and work process policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED
