YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions. Align and fit structural assemblies manually to position assemblies for joining. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers. Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments. Perform visual inspections of finished products. Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems. Identify quality problems and recommend solutions. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required : Prompt and reliable attendance skills Ability to stand, kneel, crawl and work for several hours in various positions either on a concrete floor or within a boat Ability to manually move product and materials through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending Must work at a reasonable pace and within our quality and production standards to ensure timely completion of tasks while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Production standards may include potential overtime as required to meet customer needs Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate Preferred: Knowledge and previous use of basic hand and power tools Manufacturing, production, machinist, or assembly experience Demonstrated stability and dependability in previous employment Do you have other qualifications?
