About the Team The Final Assembly team is responsible for performing final production assembly operations. What you can look forward to as a Final Assembly Operator: Set-up and execution of proper product assembly using state of the art technology. Ensure proper production material usage by following detailed Process instructions. Ensure quality product by inspection to critical parameters. Operate industrial pallet jacks and other equipment. Communicate with the team to identify issues and make suggestions to develop continuous improvement opportunities. Perform maintenance when needed; Assist in training new operators Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures. Competencies Your Profile as a Final Assembly Operator: High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to perform reading and math functions at the 8th grade level.
