Role Overview:

Support the Order to Cash (OTC) group by handling billing, collections, order release, cash applications, and credit. Utilize systems like PeopleSoft and SAP to manage accounts, monitor transactions, and provide AR data analysis to management. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve account discrepancies, ensure policy compliance, and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Perform collection management and reconcile outstanding payments.
  • Provide financial information to assist credit assessments.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain updated SOPs.
  • Support reporting and reconciliation tasks as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with banking, invoicing, and credit management processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Education:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
