This position will work closely with and report directly to the Executive Assistant to the CFO/CIO. About the Role: As the Finance Coordinator & Office Administrator you will assist the Executive Assistant to the CFO, ensuring the achievement of departmental goals and objectives. You will facilitate smooth and efficient functioning of the New York Office and act as primary liaison between the Tanger New York Office and the Tanger Corporate Office. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to maintain each SVPs schedule. Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries for department SVPs. Regularly engage with senior leadership and executives and collaborate closely with the team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments, ensuring deadlines are met. Draft, edit, and format various presentations and documents, including those of a confidential nature, to support the Accounting & Finance Leadership team. Complete and submit expense reports for Finance/Accounting department SVPs. Manage the Accounting/Finance Department corporate credit card, including preparing monthly expense reports in Concur. Organize and manage meetings and conferences to include setting agendas, recording minutes, and distributing action items, in addition to reserving rooms, setting up technical equipment, arranging catering and distributing materials. Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant of the CFO/CIO as needed. Support the Corporate Card Administrator in managing corporate credit card entries and edits, liaising with employees and US Bank on changes. Maintain the Accounting/Finance departmental calendar. Collect and enter department invoices for payment into the system, ensuring accurate vendor information and general ledger account coding. Facilitate cross-departmental outreach and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by Accounting/Finance Leadership. Oversee day-to-day activities at the New York office, serving as the main point of contact. Professionally greet and interact with all visitors, including those of a high profile, to the New York office. Maintain the New York Office Directory to ensure proper badge activation. Register Tanger New York Office guests with building security and the front desk, following building protocols. Manage vendor/contractor registration within SV3 for building access, following building protocols (e.g., COI, entry-pin). Coordinate bi-monthly ProShred pickups at the New York Office. Act as Deputy Warden for the 20th floor of the New York Office, attending quarterly meetings and drills. About You: You have an Associates or higher degree in business or equivalent related work experience, along with six (6) years experience providing administrative and project support in a professional environment. Four years of experience supporting Vice President and above level management and/or experience supporting Accounting/Finance senior leadership is preferred. An administrative professional certification is a plus You establish positive, credible, and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and act with personal, professional and behavioral integrity is a strength. You are detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. You apply due diligence and sound judgment when responding to requests. You clearly and concisely compose, proofread, and edit documents such as letters, memos, e-mail, etc. You prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment through frequent interruptions and changing deadlines. You carefully prepare for meetings, travel and conferences for others. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
