All other benefits-eligible first of the month following 90 days of employment. Benefits: 401(k) with generous Company match Dental insurance Health insurance Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Account Life insurance Paid time off Employee Referral Program Vision insurance Position Overview : The Corporate Treasurer & Director, Finance is a hybrid finance and accounting role that supports a new business model with significant growth opportunities. The position will have full responsibility for the company's cash management, banking relationships and compliance, annual budgeting, monthly reporting, and real-time forecasting processes while also providing strategic assessments of both organic and acquisition growth opportunities within our long-term plan. The successful candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and superior financial modeling skills to build, investigate, and drive strategic and value-add projects to grow the business. Enthusiasm, self-direction, and leadership will be key in this highly visible role, working in great part with our Executive Team within our energetic, collaborative culture. Accountability, communication, and reliability will be vital in delivering financial analyses, key insights, and monthly reports to support board and executive decision-making. Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus. Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes. Amount of Travel Involved : 25%. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Maintain visibility on short-term and long-term liquidity through both real-time tracking and longer-term scenario-driven modeling Drive positive cashflow improvements throughout the organization by strengthening credit and collections efforts, strengthening terms with both customers and suppliers and other initiatives Assist the CFO in seeking, evaluating and obtaining financing for new projects including capital expenditures and acquisitions Maintain all banking compliance including preparing quarterly covenants and other credit agreement requirements Identify and manage potential risks to the company with timely analysis and proactive discussion with executive leadership team Responsible for accurate and timely financial management reporting including, but not limited to, consolidated monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs Report on monthly performance versus expectations to ensure financial accuracy and review results with department execs to update real-time operating models Be a collaborative, internal champion by challenging the status quo through predictive models and analytics, applying your insights to improve profitability and implement best practices Identify and exploit opportunities to reduce costs, invest strategically, and consolidate resources Expand the Treasury and FP&A function over time from Analysis to Insights -managing what we measure to maximize ROI across the entire organization and to drive corporate strategies Lead a variety of special projects, ad hoc analyses, and risk assessments Play critical roles in M&A due diligence and integrations on a global basis Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, and work procedures Maintain regular and reliable work attendance Experience for Success: 5-10 years experience as a finance leader for a private equity owned manufacturing company Experience with implementing financial software tools (e.g. SAP, PowerBI) is a plus Must be hands on, collaborative, detail-oriented, positive, highly organized, and able to multitask through a variety of periodically recurring activities as well as one-off projects Ability to communicate clearly, timely, and effectively across all departments, particularly while collaborating with the Executive Team on a daily basis Reliable and professional with strong accounting acumen, advanced financial modeling principles, broad knowledge of business operations, and ability to think outside the box Experience handling sensitive financial information with a high level of discretion; respect for privacy and appropriate levels of access Strong familiarity with Excel and its use in developing financial models Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and others outside of the organization. Ability to prioritize, accurately executes multiple tasks, and adheres to deadlines. Must have the desire and ability to follow-up and be thorough. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
