Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 18 locations and 90 medical providers, who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management and other specialty health services. We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. Optima Medical is currently seeking a Finance Director to add to our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train department staff
• Approve vendor payments and monitor expenditures
• Oversee treasury functions
• Lead month-end closing process
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Analyzing financial data and provide operational support
• Year-end audit management and tax preparation

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 7 years accounting and finance experience
• Experience supervising staff or managing a team
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP requirements and accrual accounting
