Job DetailsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all financial operations including but not limited to, investments, accounting, forecasting, budgets, special projects, and participation in Audit and Finance committees of the Board of Directors.
- Analyze financial performance and report findings and/or recommendations to Management and the Board of Directors.
- Monitor investment performance of assets with guidance from Investment Brokers, Vice President, and the Board of Directors.
- Prepare and present scheduled and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage and implement budgetary process and perform periodic analysis.
- Manage all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, in accordance with the Nonprofit Integrity Act.
- Oversee audit process and tax functions, including coordination of activities with outside audit firms.
- Adhere to all financial reporting requirements and deadlines in a timely manner.
- Design business strategies and plans to meet financial goals.
- Provide financial guidance to stakeholders for potential and existing projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures that comply with current regulations and organizational objectives.
- Interact positively and collaboratively with all stakeholders in a manner that reflects the core values and mission of the organization.
- Perform other related duties and special projects for the organization and affiliates as required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Master's degree and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- Eight years of management-level finance experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Audit experience preferred.
