A Finance & Insurance Manager has a strong understanding of the financing process and additional programs available. Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that it is properly protected.

Essential Duties are not limited to:

* Generates income through financing and the sale of ancillary products.

* Performs a customer interview prior to each customer presentation.

* Prepares and presents a menu of options to each customer.

* Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale or lease of vehicles, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.

* Provides customers with excellent service and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

* Protects gross profit by arranging financing - converts cash and outside finance deals to deals done with our lenders.

* Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.

* Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer's captive.

* Works with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.

* Establish lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership.

Salary:

$115,000.00 - $200,000.00 Yearly
