Major Job Activities/Duties:
Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive operational efficiencyDevelop and implement strategies to optimize cost management and improve profitabilityMonitor and report on key financial metrics, including production costs, inventory levels, and capital expendituresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectivesPrepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, provide recommendations on areas for improvementEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesLead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional developmentJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred with 5+ years of experienceProven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the CPG industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced ExcelStrong leadership and team management abilitiesDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
