Finance Project Manager - Piper Maddox : Job Details

About the Company

Piper Maddox is partnered with a massive Independent Commercial Power Provider who has provided solar energy to some of the largest commercial chains in the United States. They have been a leader in this space for over 15 years and they are looking for a new Project Finance Manager!

About the Role

They need an individual who is in line with a tech forward, culture first, fast paced energy provider. You would be working with distribute generation projects with C&I being your core market. You would report to the Director of Project Finance and would have 4 Analysts and 2 Senior Associates under you.

Responsibilities/Requirements.

· 5+ years of experience running financial models

· 2 years minimum with a solar developer/IPP

· Experience modelling in the C&I/DG space specifically

· Manage a team of 1-2 Analysts

· Understand REC/incentive programs and associated requirements and be able to translate such programs into a financial model for project analysis

· Review legal documents including term sheet, MIPA/APA, Power purchase, maintenance and construction agreements.

Pay range and compensation package

• Location: Manhattan, NYC (4 days in office) Or Connecticut
• Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
• Bonus: around 15%
