Job Description- Assist in preparing accurate and timely journal entries in alignment with US GAAP standards- Compile and deliver daily and monthly financial reports within designated deadlines- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and create customized reports as needed- Support the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls to meet audit and regulatory expectations- Collaborate on finance related initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting practices- Contribute to a strong financial governance framework, addressing feedback from management and external stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Posses at least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related area- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint- Familiarity with US GAAP principles and financial reporting processes is essential- Exhibits strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
