Job Description :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Compile and sort invoices in preparation of payment utilizing the accounts payable system (Prologue). • Tracking and reporting financial data as needed. • Assist in completing various month-end reconciliations. • Prepare and balance various month-end journal entries. • Assist in maintaining contract database. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Associates Degree or 2-4 years of previous accounts payable and/or financial or accounting experience is preferred. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. • Excellent customer service, follow up and organizational skills. • Candidates must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task with interruptions. • Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
