Role Description

This is a full-time (32-40 hours) on-site* role located in Holland, MI for a Financial Administrator at Schippers Construction. The Financial Administrator provides oversight of accounting processes including bills, invoices and bank transactions; managing vendor and trade partner files for all businesses associated with Schippers Construction; preparing and analyzing financial reports for the executive team. *We value a team mentality and find that our office space allows for important collaboration; however, we also strive for flexibility for our employees so they can positively impact the community and their families.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
  • Strong in problem solving and working independently
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping (or related) experience required
