Financial Advisor - VTK Partners : Job Details

VTK Partners is recruiting multiple Financial Advisors on behalf of a major financial services firm aggressively growing its offices in Newport Beach, San Diego, Honolulu, Scottsdale and Seattle.

For experienced Financial Advisors with existing client relationships, this is an opportunity to secure better compensation through higher payouts, transition comp, and potential front-/back-end incentives, as well as to enjoy greater flexibility and autonomy to manage your books with fewer requirements on things like proprietary products.

This is a hybrid role, with some limited in-office expectations.

An outstanding dedicated transition team will facilitate transitioning your clients' assets with you to your new firm.

A successful Financial Advisor delivers personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals, all while educating, guiding and supporting clients to maintain a trusting, mutually beneficial relationship.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning support to clients
• Develop comprehensive, personalized plans with clients, and work with them closely to execute on those plans
• Cultivate new client relationships to add to your book of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Strong understanding of financial services and investments
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Existing book of committed, portable clients exceeding $20M+ AUM (less may be possible depending on details)
