• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of recent professional experience as a Financial Advisor (or similar) with expertise in 401(k) plans and 3+ years of experience with high net worth clientele.
• CFP, CFA, CWS, WMCP (or similar certification) is HIGHLY preferred, but not required.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Financial Advisor specializing in 401(k) plans to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide tailored financial advice and investment strategies to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and offering comprehensive solutions, particularly in areas such as retirement planning and wealth management.Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations and provide personalized financial advice.
• Develop and implement financial plans that align with clients' goals.
• Educate clients on investment options and retirement plans, including 401(k).
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of recent professional experience as a Financial Advisor (or similar) with expertise in 401(k) plans.
• 3+ years of experience with high net worth clientele.
