Summary:

The Financial Advisor develops tailored financial plans to help clients achieve their goals, offering investment solutions to grow wealth and minimize risk. This role involves educating clients on financial options, creating plans for retirement, education savings, and other objectives, while staying informed about market trends and products to enhance client strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client financial objectives, risk tolerance, and assets.
• Provide strategies in investment planning, cash management, and insurance.
• Regularly review and adjust client plans based on life or economic changes.
• Prepare financial summaries, performance reports, and income projections.
• Manage and update client portfolios while cultivating long-term relationships.
• Network to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory standards.
• Lead and oversee the Relationship Management Team.
• Travel as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience and a track record of delivering quality financial advice.
