Join the HK Wealth Management team in as a Financial Advisor and be part of a leading firm of Advisors and Certified Public Accountant. We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to assist in serving our clients and join our Phoenix metro area team.
We are looking for a financial advisor with 3-5+ years of experience join our team and get a great opportunity in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area. You will have the ability to move your book of business to one of the biggest brokers in the US and park yourself in an office with tax advisors and CPA's with thousands of clients. As the sole advisor in the office, you will be able to receive referrals from every CPA giving you an endless stream of potential clientele.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients to determine their needs and objectives.
- Develop personalized financial plans that encompass investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding their financial portfolios and market trends.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging trends in financial services.
- Collaborate with other professionals in public accounting or asset management as needed to enhance client offerings.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to track client interactions and progress.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement tailored financial plans for clients, focusing on wealth accumulation, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
· Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
· Provide expert guidance on investment portfolios, including asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, and risk management strategies.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular communication and updates on their financial plans and investment performance.
· Stay current with financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
· Collaborate with internal CPA's to build trust and knowledge. Get a head start on building your book by getting referrals from a CPA office with thousands of clients.
Qualifications
· Series 7 and 66.
· Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory roles.
· Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred, or progress toward such certifications.
· Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management strategies.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with financial planning software and investment management tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple client relationships effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (depending on experience) with compensation package.
