Financial Aid OfficerResponsibilities:
- Capable of reviewing daily reports to ensure that all transactions have been accepted and successfully posted to students' accounts, and correcting any applicable transactions.
- Reviews and responds to internal and external communications timely and professionally
- Complete daily and weekly work in progress reports
- Communicates with other operational teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of accounts
Qualification-
- Bachelor degree or experience in student finance or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must possess effective customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Consistent attention to detail and follow-up.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Is proactive in researching new student finance regulations and issues.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- PC skills in Microsoft Office, database and internet applications
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
