Financial Analyst - LHH : Job Details

LHH is recruiting for a Financial Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. If you want your career to go places, this opportunity will take you there! Our is a fast growing real estate/asset development company looking to continue to grow their Finance team. Their new Financial Analyst will report directly to the Finance Manager and Director of Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc analysis that drive strategic business decisions
• Analyze data and financial and business metrics used by the company and senior management.
• Coordinate with accounting, finance, carrier relations, distribution, operations and technology and various information holders to collect, organize and analyze company data and to summarize key takeaway for senior management.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new financial processes.
• Develop, update, and present financial reports to senior management and clients, leveraging advanced technology tools.
• Assist in the development and analysis of the forecast and annual plan
• Analyze financial and operational results versus forecast and plan, investigate variances and communicate findings to management team

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in services, construction or other industries
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau
