Job Summary AnswerNet, a leading telecommunications call center company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing current expenses, creating financial models for decision support, forecasting future costs based on a keen understanding of the business, identifying trends, making recommendations for improvements, and managing client invoicing. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders in simple terms. Key Responsibilities: • Expense Analysis: Review and analyze current operating expenses across all departments to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. Prepare detailed reports to support management in making informed financial decisions. • Cost Forecasting: Collaborate with business development teams to project costs associated with new business opportunities. Develop financial models to estimate potential revenues and costs, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. • Client Invoicing: Oversee the invoicing process for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Work closely with account management teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, providing accurate financial data and analysis to support the company's financial planning process. • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial data to identify key trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including operations, sales, and business development, to provide financial insights and support business objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the telecommunications or call center industry. • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
