Financial Analyst - Addison Group : Job Details

Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.
• Maintain and enhance financial reporting tools and processes.
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles (internships and relevant coursework will be considered).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
