Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. This high-profile role reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical part in our financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including the CFO.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
