Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making at Ronbow by analyzing financial performance, creating forecasts, and providing actionable insights. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts by working closely with department leaders.
  • Monitor budget adherence and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and presentations to communicate key financial insights.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Support strategic projects by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing or retail industries is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g. NetSuite) and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry, home improvement, or design industries is a bonus.
