What You'll Do:

As a Financial Analyst at SPAR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial health and operational excellence by:

• Setting up and managing projects using in-house tools and system enhancements.
• Collaborating with Field Management to track project completion and prepare for billing.
• Compiling detailed and accurate invoices for each project.
• Managing purchase order generation and maintaining accurate records.
• Creating templates for streamlined billing processes.
• Resolving data discrepancies, addressing client inquiries, and managing past-due invoices.
• Utilizing various client portals for downloading/uploading financial data.
• Serving as a daily liaison between clients, 3PL providers, and SPAR teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Supporting cross-departmental functions with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Travel teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A proactive problem-solver with a knack for using independent judgment and discretion.
• Self-motivation and time management skills, with the ability to excel in a hybrid or remote work environment.
