Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Have deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of financial and life priorities and connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs.
  • Efficiently manage time and capacity.
  • Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

    High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

    Pay Transparency details:

    Pay range: $72,500.00 - $103,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
