Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain cost controls to optimize expense management and drive efficiency across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
• Help manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Contribute to improving financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Manage compliance with New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within manufacturing or food production.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
