Financial Controller - Ascendion : Job Details

We are a growing Manufacturing Company, looking to bring on an experienced Controller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling complex financial processes involving multiple vendors, contractors, and financing channels.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Controller/CFO
• Familiarity with the solar industry or renewable energy sector is preferred
• Demonstrated success managing complex financial activities with multiple vendors and contractors
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage relationships and maintain clear communication with multiple financing vendors, contractors, and business partners
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
• Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
