Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our dynamic multinational organization. As an integral member of our executive leadership team, you will significantly influence our growth trajectory, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance across our global operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional with extensive knowledge of global tax regulations, including payroll, tax planning, and the optimization of tax positions across diverse jurisdictions.Job Overview: As the CFO, you will be responsible for creating and executing financial strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and financial health.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's objectives while ensuring profitability.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive tax strategies to ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and international regulations, including multi-state sales tax and VAT.
  • Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing finance team across various regions, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax reports, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Identify and manage financial risks associated with currency exchange, taxation, and compliance related to our international operations.
  • Manage global cash flow, focusing on the tax-efficient repatriation of funds while optimizing our capital structure to support tax-efficient financing and investment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters, providing regular updates to the Board and executive leadership regarding tax risks and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a successful history in acquisition growth strategies and the integration of financial systems across entities.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in advanced financial software and ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and international tax regulations, including multi-state payroll management, sales tax, VAT, and corporate tax.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Proven experience in multi-currency financial consolidation reporting.
  • Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA, MBA, or Master's in Taxation preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible finance experience, with a strong focus on tax management in a multinational context.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax planning, transfer pricing, and global tax compliance management.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and global financial reporting standards.
  • Proven track record in managing tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
