Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Location: Somerset, NJ

Pay: $22 - $24 an hour

An industry leading Healthcare company is looking for an Financial Operations Specialist to join their team! The primary areas of responsibility of this position are to perform various assignments such as assisting the finance team with various tasks, working heavily within Microsoft excel, utilizing large software's, and much more!

Job Description:

- Match invoices to online POs in an accurate and timely manner

- Enter non-PO invoices in an accurate and timely manner

- Review invoice entries for accuracy

- Work with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to our Company policy

- Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers

- Accounts Payable

- Invoicing (reviewing, entering and processing at least 200+ per week)

Skills & Qualifications:

+ Internship experience

+ Bachelors Degree in Finance

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
