System One has partnered with a local financial institution that is in search of a Financial Operations Specialist. This will be a six month contract position. Responsibilities:
- Processing financial transactions accurately and timely
- Reviewing and reconciling client accounts
- Generating statements and reports
- Resolving client inquiries and issues related to operations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth procedures and processes
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Managing and maintaining client records and documentation
- Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management operations or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
