Our client, a highly recognized Luxury brand, is currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Director to join their team. In this role you will collaborate with leaders across the business to prepare monthly financial reporting, explaining variance drivers and providing recommendations for cost-saving initiatives. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed analysis of each entity, business unit and cost lines, leading the annual budget process, monitoring KPIs and trend analysis, and overseeing monthly financial and operations reporting across all business departments. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate cost allocations for correct profitability, and drive process improvements for improved accuracy in budget and forecasting process.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

- Minimum 10 years of experience

- Luxury brand experience required

- Foundation in public accounting highly preferred

- Exceptional analytical skills

- Advanced MS Excel skills
