Duration: 0-6+ Months Hours: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday) JOB SUMMARY:The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for providing financial insight to corporate senior management by analyzing financial trends that could be of impact to the business. This position is part of the financial FP&A team and will be located on-site at our Port Washington, NY office. KEY RESPONSBILITIES:Provide financial insight to CFO and other senior leaders by performing variance and trend analyses, including monthly results and forecasts/budgets. Prepare and analyze financial trends impacting the business, including external competitors and market Compile global budgets and forecasts and lead the development and maintenance of supporting reporting, templates and guidance Support the monthly close process, including managing centralized OneStream processes Lead global functional business partnering providing financial insight and helping leaders ensure the efficient deployment of costs Support the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics/dashboards/reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related degreeExperience in operational and P&L analysis and business partnering with the operation to improve business performanceStrong interpersonal skills to engage with partners to understand key business drivers, develop recommendations and track and implement actions to improve the business resultStrong presentations skills, with the ability to manage large amounts of data and then clearly communicate and synthesize relevant findings to all levels of managementAdvanced Excel Skills Required-Complex Financial ModelingExperience with Oracle, HFM, Hyperion Planning requiredAdvanced PowerPoint experience in preparing presentation for senior management.Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloadStrong planning, organization and project management skillsA self-starter, high energy, eager to learn and growExcellent written communication and presentation skills to various levels of the organization.A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience including experience working in industry and familiarity with areas of consolidation.
