Position Title: FP&A Manager
Location: Flushing, NY 11354 (Hybrid)
Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 base salary with a 20% annual bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Role Overview:
As the FP&A Manager, reporting to the VP of Finance, you will lead critical financial planning, analysis, and strategic finance functions within a rapidly evolving, billion-dollar organization. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial infrastructure and work closely with senior leadership. We seek a strategic thinker with advanced financial modeling skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead essential FP&A initiatives aimed at achieving double-digit revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Finance and leadership, delivering data analyses that highlight insights and recommendations.
- Create and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational planning.
- Monitor and evaluate key financial indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Facilitate the quarterly financial forecast and budget planning processes.
- Collaborate with the corporate data team to improve and automate forecasting, reporting, and procurement systems.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
- A self-starter with exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- High-level written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with executive presence.
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset and interpersonal skills that foster a positive work environment.
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
