Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Vermette Recruiting : Job Details

** This is a hands on role that will be involved with building new processes from scratch.

** Strong senior analysts ready for the next step will be considered.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

5+ years experience in manufacturing as FP&A analyst or FP&A manager.

Public company experience for at least 3 years, or IPO experience.

Experience with leading or contributing to annual budget preparation and routine forecasting exercises.

Management and investor reporting experience.

Highly Preferred:

Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or MBA, CPA, CMA

3+ experience in Medical Device industry.

Experience with implementation and maintenance of any FP&A tool for reporting and planning.

Advanced excel skills, with VBA, power query, power pivot, SQL, etc.

Business Partnering skills, especially in a Commercial Finance role.

Strong foundation and understanding of US GAAP principles.
