We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our financial planning firm. This role requires not only excellent customer service and administrative skills, but also a background in finance to assist in supporting our team and clients effectively. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance, business, or a related field, and previous experience in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the firm's calendar.
- Assist with preparing client documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to financial planners.
- Process client information and data entry into our systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure the office is organized, including maintaining client files and office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience in a financial services or planning firm is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
