Our firm is expanding and looking for new agents. We are looking for people who will help families make more money, save more money, minimize taxes, plan for retirement, and protect their inheritances. Our motto is “No Family Left Behind.” No finance or insurance experience is necessary. We will train, coach, and mentor you.This is a full-time/part-time remote position for a licensed Financial Professional. As a 1099 independent agent, this is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. The more families you help, the more you earn. Responsibilities• Meeting & contacting clients to discuss financial concerns & needs• Conducting information-gathering with clients• Analyzing client(s) needs and presenting potential solutions• Providing ongoing services to clients• On-going development of professional skills and knowledge• Participate in marketing and expansion strategies and efforts• Provide exceptional customer serviceQualification/Skills• Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN• Must be able to pass a background check• Attain & maintain license• Accountable with a high level of integrity (critical in this highly regulated industry)• Open to learning business and financial principles that expand your Financial IQ• Highly self-motivated & self-disciplined• Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills• Interpersonal, leadership, and communications skills• Ability to work in a team-based environment• Computer Software - Zoom, Office (spreadsheets, documents, etc.)• Customer service skills
