As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will engage in a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the essential skills to sell Individual Insurance products and establish a profitable, holistic financial practice. WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

  • Starting with an hourly wage of $16 during the training period, which lasts up to 30 days.
  • Upon successful completion of the trainee period, you will be promoted to a Financial Representative with a base salary of $36,000 plus unlimited monthly sales incentives.
  • A $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee period and promotion.
  • An education-focused Accelerator Program to transition smoothly into an independent Financial Advisor role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program to develop skills for providing holistic financial advice to clients, collaborating in classroom discussions, and participation in goal-setting sessions and progress evaluations.
  • Gain valuable sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and demonstrate competency through a sales process test.
  • Develop prospecting skills including research, targeting, networking, and communication through personal networks, community events, and social media outreach.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Ensure seamless operations by overseeing content, proposals, and paperwork flow for application and underwriting processes involving both field and Home Office.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Commitment to meet all trainee program requirements and attain the necessary skills to excel.
  • Obtain required insurance licenses before starting, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hiring and on a continuous basis, with securities licensing required within 24 months of entering the program.
  • Demonstrate high self-motivation and results orientation, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
  • Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing different ideas and opinions while exhibiting curiosity and active listening skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
