Financial Service Assistant - Staffers : Job Details

The Financial Service Assistant is responsible for managing a wide variety of functions related to our four custodians. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure the seamless operation of account management, service requests, compliance, and client onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on E-Signature approvals and ensure the execution of Advisory Agreements. Maintain accurate records of account openings and updates. Manage money movement, tax reporting information, and RMD calculations as needed. Provide online assistance and support to clients. Assist in the processing of 401(k) rollovers, including follow-up on rollover deposits. Monitor and process daily alerts and notifications from all custodians. Stay informed on custodial system updates and deadlines through email notifications. Process check deposits, confirm deposit postings to accounts, and maintain the deposit ledger.
