Financial Services Rep - Century Group : Job Details

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to $40 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, ensuring timely responses to client correspondence and inquiries.
• Facilitate client onboarding processes.
• Manage account openings and daily interactions.
• Maintain and update client data and documents and digital files.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with our custodian's operations teams to accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree preferred in Finance or similar field of study
• 1+ year working for a Registered Investment Advisor firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software's

Experience:

• Knowledge in financial software and platforms to efficiently process transactions and manage customer accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Research errors and address account issues.
