The FSS will be an active member of the branch team with a focus on assisting customers with all service transactions. A strong focus will be placed on developing new relationships and deepening existing customer relationships through cross selling products and services, running a cash drawer, referring home equity and residential mortgage loan requests to the appropriate banker within the Branch and proactive customer outreach via phone calls and letters.
