TEKsystems is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to start with a reputable financial institution in Owings Mills, MD!

Job Description:

  • Service Associates will be supporting our clients' own customers with their needs.
  • This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day.
  • Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls. Calls may include needing to change information or updating account info.
  • Could be very entry-level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts.
  • Won't be taking any calls that require giving financial advice, but will help point their client in the right direction.
  • Will be working with a few different systems and web-based programs.
  • 85% of the day will consist of taking inbound phone calls. The next 15% will consist of email correspondence and other administrative-related tasks.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience required
  • Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email)

    • Schedule:

    Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, fully onsite
