Our team works on everything from water and fire damage restoration to structural repairs and cosmetic finishes. As a growing company, we are currently seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to help restore and enhance the interiors of properties affected by disasters. Those filling this position must be able to qualify for base access. A background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process. Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed carpentry work, including installing trim, cabinetry, molding, doors, flooring, etc.
  • Collaborate with other trades such as plumbers, electricians, and restoration specialists to complete restoration projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the proper use of tools and equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to local building codes and regulations
  • Work with project managers to meet customer expectations for finished carpentry
  • Ensure proper documentation of work performed
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment in good working condition
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all materials and tools are safely stored
  • Remove debris and dispose of materials as necessary

Requirements
  • Finish carpentry experience
  • Basic hand tools required
  • Experience with drywall repair/installation, trim, painting, etc.
  • Mold and Lead certifications preferred
  • Good character and ability to work with a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Neat, clean and organized
  • Great work ethic
  • A clean background (most of the work is on a military base)
  • A willingness to learn and grow in the industry
