Duties & Responsibilities:

- Carefully lift, handle, hang & pack parts
- Ensure safe workplace and follow all safety rules
- Wear all required personal protective equipment, especially safety glasses
- Follow all SOP's and quality standards
- Inspect parts for quality, visual defects, accuracy & quantity
- Detect & report defective parts to Supervisor / Lead
- Processes product through the E-Coat line or powder coating line including loading, unloading, cleaning, painting and packaging operations
- Mask product in accordance with router instructions
- Counts and packages completed parts to Customer requirements.
- Prepare finished product for shipping
- Pay close attention to detail & focus on assigned tasks
- Cooperate, support co-workers and be a strong team player
- Be reliable, adhere to attendance policy & work overtime as needed
- Maintain organization and housekeeping
- Perform other duties as requested
- Lift, carry, push or pull frequently
- Squat / kneel, bend, crawl, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead & outward
- Sit, stand and walk
- Ability to work in hot & cold work environment
