Fire Safety Director - Malace|HR : Job Details

Malace|HR is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Director to work onsite in a commercial setting in Manhattan, NY. The role is Monday-Friday on 1st shift and has a pay rate of $22 - $25 per hour with benefits. Qualified Candidates will possesses a multitude of skill sets including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

• Must have active F89, with all testing etc. complete and only a site-specific test with NYFD needed. Responsibilities: Work with the Property Manager on planning and implementing fire and life safety plans, ensuring all systems associated with fire safety are in working order, and making sure that the building is up to the most current fire codes, daily fire and panel watch, evacuation procedures, and support FSD Maintenance Porter as needed. Wages: $22 to $25 hourly with benefits. Must also be willing to travel to Brooklyn on occasion. Excellent attendance is required.
