Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Firm Administrator to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our organization, overseeing the daily operations of the firm and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative and financial functions. This role will have a significant impact on our company's success and will be integral in shaping our future growth.Responsibilities:As our Permanent Firm Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:1. Overseeing all administrative and clerical duties within the firm, ensuring efficient and effective operations.2. Managing the firm's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including maintaining employee records, processing new hires, terminations, and changes in job classifications.3. Administering payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time using Paycom Payroll.4. Overseeing the firm's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.6. Assisting in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.7. Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.8. Coordinating with the firm's IT provider on all office equipment and managing office supplies.9. Developing and managing internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and procedures.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for our Permanent Firm Administrator position will have the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting and Finance industry.2. Proven experience in managing HRIS, payroll, and administrative and clerical duties.3. Extensive knowledge and experience with Paycom Payroll.4. Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audience.6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.7. A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.9.
