First Assistant Golf Course Superintendent - East Course - Omni Hotels & Resorts : Job Details

Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, the First Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is a key position and second in command within the Golf Course Maintenance operations of the East golf course. This individual must always have a keen eye for detail and be able to assist the Superintendent in keeping the golf course well-groomed for daily play and for the numerous events and tournaments throughout the year. The East Assistant Superintendent is responsible for the daily activities of the golf course maintenance staff, including supervision and training of staff to perform all the tasks associated with maintaining the golf course. Responsibilities Trains, motivates and supervises staff capable of performing the tasks associated with maintaining the golf course. Plans, schedules and monitors the daily operations, including responsibility for assisting in coordinating and assigning work.
