Fit Assistant - Confidential : Job Details

Role:

• Support Technical Specialist in adhering to our product standards & guidelines for fit, construction, and quality.
• Drive fit consistency, quality, and workmanship to ensure good fit.
• Check-in, receive and follow up on all fit samples.
• Prep for fit sessions-measure samples, enter measurements, take fit notes, photos & adhere to fit protocol.
• Create and maintain follow-up chart for all samples.
• Review all findings to present to Technical Specialist and provide feedback to factories.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with overseas factories regarding fit comments and fit status.
• Follow up with factories about sample sending status to adhere to calendar and meet deadlines.
• Create and maintain official spec sheets.
• Provide clerical support for areas of responsibility.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical design or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years' experience in technical design for apparel and/or accessories.
• Knowledge of fit, construction & grading, a plus.
• Knowledge of production processes, a plus.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written with attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills a must.
• Ability to work on several projects with different deadlines and multitask.
