CURRENT VACANCIES

* Personal Trainers - Part Time, Flexible schedule

* Group Exercise Instructors - Part Time; various shifts

* Program Instructor - Part Time; Evenings & Weekends

* Member Service Rep - Full Time, 9am -5pm, Monday - Friday

PERSONAL TRAINER - $21.35 PER HOUR - DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A PERSONALIZES WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR MEMBERS OF VARYING FITNESS LEVELS

REQUIRED DOCUMENT(S): Upload valid certifications to the DOCUMENTS area of your profile.

* Current CPR and national certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, and NASM) in Personal Training instruction required.

* At least one year of experience teaching group wellness classes preferred.

* Minimum of one year experience in wellness field preferred.

* At least one year of experience personal training preferred.

* YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire.

GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTORS - $21.35 PER HOUR - COORDINATES AND INSTRUCTS GROUP EXERCISE CLASS FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

* Valid certification in areas of expertise (Les Mills, Bootcamp, Aqua Fitness Instructor, etc.).

* AA/BS in Physical Ed., Recreation, Sports Mgt., OR a related field OR equivalent experience preferred.

* CPR, First Aid, AED, and national certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, and NASM) in group wellness instruction OR YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise certification required.

* YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire

PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR - $15.05 PER HOUR - LEADS TEEN & FAMILY PROGRAMS AND EVENTS

REQUIRED DOCUMENT(S): College degree/Transcripts, OR HS Diploma/GED AND Resume.

* HS Diploma/ GED.

* College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program preferred.

* Previous experience in coordinating a similar recreational program.

* Appropriate professional certifications.

* Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.

* Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - $15.05 PER HOUR - HANDLE MEMBER & GUEST'S NEEDS

* Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience.

* Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED, and First Aid.

* Basic knowledge of computers.
