Position: General Manager
The General Manager position is critical to the company's growth plan. Responsible for the overall performance of the facility and member experience, the General Manager operates with an ‘owner's mentality' and spearheads sales, marketing, strategic planning, and developing future General Managers. This role has two direct reports: a Personal Training Director and a Fitness Director, and is supported by a District and Regional leadership team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Plan and execute offsite marketing and sales events, partnering with local businesses.
- Continuously monitor and drive the club's financial growth targets.
- Manage and develop your club's Personal Training and Membership teams.
- Assist in recruitment and brand development.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training.
- Evaluate employee performance and create improvement action plans.
- Create and maintain the staff schedule.
- Handle member service escalations and issues.
- Ensure daily operational processes are followed.
- Implement and roll out promotions and corporate programs approved by LAF.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
